1. What this site collects

What you send through the contact form: the topic, your name, your organisation if you give one, your email address, your message, and the language you used. Every page also counts visits with cookieless analytics, described in section 5.

2. Limiting abuse

Each message is stored with a one-way code, made from your IP address and the date using a secret key, so the form can limit how many messages one connection sends. The IP address itself is not stored, and the code cannot be turned back into it. The contact page also runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people apart from automated scripts. It loads from challenges.cloudflare.com, and Cloudflare reads some technical data from your browser to run it.

3. Where it is kept

Messages are stored on Cloudflare's servers, in a Cloudflare D1 database on the CelesStars Cloudflare account. Each one is also emailed to us through Cloudflare's email service. Cloudflare serves this website and processes requests to deliver it.

4. How long it is kept

Messages are deleted 12 months after they arrive.

5. Analytics, cookies and third parties

Every page loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, to count page views. It records anonymous information such as the page visited, the referring site, the browser and operating system, the country and how fast the page loaded, and shows it to us only as totals. It does not use cookies or local storage to identify you. This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party fonts. The third-party scripts are this analytics script, from static.cloudflareinsights.com, and the Turnstile check on the contact page. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage and is never sent to us.

6. The tools

The developer tools run in your browser. The files, queries and keys you work with in them are not sent to us.

7. Your requests

To see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, contact us. We answer within 30 days, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

ما ترسله عبر نموذج التواصل: الموضوع، واسمك، واسم جهتك إن ذكرته، وبريدك الإلكتروني، ورسالتك، واللغة التي استخدمتها. وتُحصى زيارات كل صفحة أيضًا بأداة إحصاء لا تستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط، كما يوضّح البند ٥.

٢. الحد من إساءة الاستخدام

تُحفظ كل رسالة مع رمز أحادي الاتجاه يُنشأ من عنوان IP الخاص بك والتاريخ بمفتاح سري، ليتمكن النموذج من تحديد عدد الرسائل من الاتصال الواحد. ولا يُحفظ عنوان IP نفسه، ولا يمكن استخراجه من الرمز. وتستخدم صفحة التواصل أيضًا Cloudflare Turnstile، وهو تحقق يميّز البشر من البرامج الآلية. يُحمَّل من challenges.cloudflare.com، وتقرأ Cloudflare بعض البيانات التقنية من متصفحك لإجرائه.

٣. مكان الحفظ

تُحفظ الرسائل على خوادم Cloudflare، في قاعدة بيانات Cloudflare D1 على حساب «حلول نجوم سماء» في Cloudflare. وتُرسل كل رسالة أيضًا إلينا بالبريد الإلكتروني عبر خدمة البريد الإلكتروني من Cloudflare. وتقدّم Cloudflare هذا الموقع وتعالج الطلبات لإيصاله.

٤. مدة الحفظ

تُحذف الرسائل بعد ١٢ شهرًا من وصولها.

٥. الإحصاءات وملفات تعريف الارتباط والجهات الخارجية

تحمّل كل صفحة خدمة Cloudflare Web Analytics لعدّ مشاهدات الصفحات، وهي أداة إحصاء لا تستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط. وتسجّل معلومات مجهولة الهوية، مثل الصفحة التي زرتها، والموقع الذي أحالك إليها، والمتصفح ونظام التشغيل، والدولة، وسرعة تحميل الصفحة، ولا تعرضها علينا إلا أرقامًا إجمالية. ولا تستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط ولا التخزين المحلي للتعرّف عليك. ولا يضع هذا الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط، ولا يحمّل خطوطًا من جهات خارجية. والنصّان البرمجيان الوحيدان من جهات خارجية هما نص الإحصاء هذا، من static.cloudflareinsights.com، وتحقق Turnstile في صفحة التواصل. ويُحفظ اختيارك للغة في التخزين المحلي لمتصفحك ولا يُرسل إلينا أبدًا.

٦. الأدوات

تعمل أدوات المطورين داخل متصفحك. ولا تُرسل إلينا الملفات والاستعلامات والمفاتيح التي تعمل عليها.

٧. طلباتك

للاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، تواصل معنا. ونرد على طلبك خلال ٣٠ يومًا، بما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
