1. These terms

These terms apply to the CelesStars developer tools: the online version and copies hosted on a customer's own network. CelesStars sells the software. Orders and invoices are arranged directly with CelesStars after an enquiry.

2. Plans

Personal is free and is used through the online version only. Enterprise and Education are licences for a copy hosted on the customer's own network. Education is for schools, colleges and universities, confirmed through an official email address of the institution. Prices for Enterprise and Education are given on request: contact us.

3. Licence

Enterprise and Education are yearly subscriptions, sold directly by CelesStars. One subscription covers one organisation, for use by its own staff. The organisation can install the software as many times as it needs, with no limit on users.

4. Updates and renewal

New versions and feature requests are included while the subscription is active. The subscription can be renewed each year directly with CelesStars, and the customer can cancel it at any time. If it ends, the copy the customer already has keeps working, but it gets no new versions or fixes.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds once the download has been delivered. If the file you received is broken or will not open, contact us and we will replace it.

6. Bug fixes

Bug fixes are free on every plan, as long as the bug is reported on the online site. A self-hosted copy gets fixes only while its subscription is active.

7. Acceptable use

The customer must not resell the software, host it for other organisations, or remove its licence or copyright notices.

8. Liability and warranty

The software is provided “as is”, without any warranty. Our total liability is limited to the amount the customer paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

١. نطاق الشروط

تسري هذه الشروط على أدوات المطورين من «حلول نجوم سماء»: النسخة الإلكترونية والنسخ التي يستضيفها العميل على شبكته. وتبيع «حلول نجوم سماء» البرنامج، وتُرتَّب طلبات الشراء والفواتير مباشرةً مع «حلول نجوم سماء» بعد تقديم استفسار.

٢. الباقات

الباقة الشخصية مجانية وتُستخدم عبر النسخة الإلكترونية فقط. والباقتان المؤسسية والتعليمية ترخيص لنسخة يستضيفها العميل على شبكته. والباقة التعليمية مخصصة للمدارس والكليات والجامعات، ويُتحقَّق من ذلك عبر عنوان بريد إلكتروني رسمي تابع للمؤسسة. وتُعطى أسعار الباقتين المؤسسية والتعليمية عند الطلب: تواصل معنا.

٣. الترخيص

الباقتان المؤسسية والتعليمية اشتراك سنوي تبيعه «حلول نجوم سماء» مباشرةً. ويغطي الاشتراك الواحد جهة واحدة لاستخدام العاملين فيها. ويحق للجهة تثبيت البرنامج بعدد غير محدود من المرات، دون حد لعدد المستخدمين.

٤. التحديثات والتجديد

الإصدارات الجديدة وطلبات الميزات مشمولة طوال مدة الاشتراك. ويمكن تجديد الاشتراك كل سنة مباشرةً مع «حلول نجوم سماء»، ويمكن للعميل إلغاؤه في أي وقت. وإذا انتهى الاشتراك تبقى النسخة الموجودة لدى العميل تعمل، لكنها لا تحصل على إصدارات جديدة ولا على إصلاحات.

٥. الاسترداد

جميع المبيعات نهائية، ولا يُسترد المبلغ بعد تسليم ملف التنزيل. وإذا كان الملف الذي استلمته تالفًا أو تعذّر فتحه، تواصل معنا وسنستبدله.

٦. إصلاح الأخطاء

إصلاح الأخطاء مجاني في جميع الباقات، بشرط الإبلاغ عن الخطأ في الموقع الإلكتروني. ولا تحصل النسخة المستضافة على الإصلاحات إلا ما دام اشتراكها ساريًا.

٧. الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز للعميل إعادة بيع البرنامج، ولا استضافته لجهات أخرى، ولا إزالة إشعارات الترخيص أو حقوق المؤلف منه.

٨. المسؤولية والضمان

يُقدَّم البرنامج «كما هو» دون أي ضمان. وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على المبلغ الذي دفعه العميل لنا خلال الأشهر الاثني عشر السابقة للمطالبة.
